Suru Digital follows a transparent and fair refund policy. Due to the customized nature of printing, graphic design, and digital services, refunds are generally not applicable once work has commenced.

Printing services involve material costs, setup, and production processes, which cannot be reversed once initiated. Therefore, refunds for completed or in-progress printing jobs are not offered.

For graphic design and website development services, refunds may be considered only if the service has not been started or if delivery has not occurred as agreed.

Refund requests must be submitted within seven days of payment. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for consideration.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect.

Suru Digital reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the nature of the service and project status.
